Occupational Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Medicine Specialist to join our team at SCPMG Meetings and Events (KPSymposia). As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the success of our medical group.
Job SummaryThe Occupational Medicine Specialist will be responsible for providing medical care and services to employees and their families, as well as conducting workplace health and safety assessments. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide medical care and services to employees and their families, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
- Conduct workplace health and safety assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement health promotion and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and services to patients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in occupational medicine.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in occupational medicine.
- At least 3 years of experience in occupational medicine, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, employees, and other healthcare professionals.
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
