We are seeking an experienced Occupational Medicine Physician to join our team at MBI Industrial Medicine. As an Occupational Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing medical care to employees in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, and healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical evaluations and provide treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Develop and implement return-to-work programs to ensure employees can safely return to their jobs
- Provide medical surveillance and monitoring for employees exposed to hazardous materials
- Collaborate with employers and employees to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in occupational medicine
Requirements:
- Board certification in Occupational Medicine or a related field
- Experience working in occupational medicine or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA and workers' compensation
