Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative assistance to a team of legal professionals, encompassing tasks such as time tracking, expense processing, meeting organization, and travel coordination.
  • Oversee intricate calendars, billing processes, and accounts receivable management.
  • Manage incoming communications and facilitate interactions between internal teams and external partners.
  • Compose, revise, and proofread a variety of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research and gather information pertinent to various projects and initiatives.
