Key Responsibilities of Senior Plumbing Supervisor:
  • Direct and oversee plumbing installation projects across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including both new builds and renovation efforts. Collaborate with the Plumbing Manager, subcontractors, and team members to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Guide and mentor team members, offering training and support to uphold high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety protocols. Efficiently delegate tasks and manage workflow to enhance productivity.
  • Supervise the installation of plumbing systems, encompassing water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures, ensuring adherence to project specifications, blueprints, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of completed plumbing installations to confirm quality, functionality, and compliance with project requirements. Promptly identify and resolve any issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including work completed, materials utilized, and machinery operation. Prepare necessary documentation for billing, reporting, and compliance purposes.

Qualifications for Senior Plumbing Supervisor:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing installation, demonstrating proficiency in heavy machinery operation and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members. Proven experience in task delegation, priority management, and conflict resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials. Ability to accurately interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
