Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a line clearance crew and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective work plans to meet customer needs and company objectives.
  • Conduct regular safety training and coaching to ensure crew members are equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on crew performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to manage employee relations, including hiring, discipline, and separation of employment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, property owners, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits, and arboricultural techniques.
  • Knowledge of OSHA rules and guidelines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software.
  • Valid driver's license, medical card, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
