Baker and Crew Member Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Baker and Crew Member to join our team at Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store franchisee of Dunkin'. As a Baker and Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting a Positive Team Environment:
    • Arrive on time and be ready to work at the start of your shift.
    • Demonstrate respect and dignity in interactions with colleagues and customers.
    • Follow established communication guidelines.
    • Respond positively to feedback and coaching, and show enthusiasm for learning.
    • Take ownership of your responsibilities during your shift.
    • Dedicate yourself to learning and being capable of performing multiple tasks.
    • Receive specialized training in baking and prepare donuts and other bakery products.
  • Being Passionate About Operational Excellence:
    • Always prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure each guest has a positive experience.
    • Feel empowered to respond to customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
    • Adhere to established brand and company standards, delivering high-quality food and beverages to customers.
    • Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, including compliance with applicable laws.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking, taking out trash and cardboard, and completing thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms as directed.
    • Adhere to uniform standards, including a hat, name tag, clean apron, and white collared shirt, dark blue jeans without rips or holes, and non-slip shoes.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Basic computer skills, as some training is conducted online.
    • Basic math skills to handle cash and make change.
    • Physical and mental ability to learn standard restaurant equipment, including lifting 30-50 pounds and using motion that involves pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
