Overnight Baker

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Nighttime Pastry Specialist to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for baking all the fresh bread and pastries our cafe needs each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries using 100% real ingredients.
• Maintain high standards for flavor and quality.
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
• Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
• Support your manager and team members.

Requirements:

• Love baking and be willing to learn and improve skills.
• Enjoy working alone and with a team.
• Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Be passionate about food safety and health safety.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
