Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and management on various HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on various HR-related matters

• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and federal and state laws

• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution

• Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field

• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
