Position Highlights:

As a Production Floor Associate, you will be integral to our operations, working alongside seasoned professionals in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of sheet metal parts for HVAC systems.
  • Develop skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Utilize machinery and tools, including shears, brakes, and roll formers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of sheet metal fabrication is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair shop equipment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges.
  • Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and performing various physical tasks.

Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7am - 4:30pm and Friday's 7-11am
