Salary: Hourly Wage Estimate: $32.

Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with cancer, collaborating with medical providers and the care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. You will also educate patients and families about treatment options, medication side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding and empowerment. Your goal will be to improve positive outcomes for patients and advance the practice of nursing within our organization.

Requirements: To succeed in this position, you should possess current RN licensure, BSN degree, and experience working in oncology or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and patient engagement. We also require strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, as well as adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
