Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service/Office Manager to join our team at Piggly Wiggly. As a key member of our front-end operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a team of office workers, and maintaining smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work diligently to maintain smooth office operations, and have a strong ability to multitask. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage a team of office workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize office equipment and software to perform various tasks, including word processing, spreadsheet creation, and data entry.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as verifying money, reconciling tills, and preparing deposits.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that they are always stocked and available.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
