Responsibilities and Expectations

This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Leading with heart, demonstrating empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Developing and implementing patient care programs, working closely with healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervising and developing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Overseeing the ordering and stocking of medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal levels are maintained.
Education and Experience

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, as well as previous experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of pharmacy operations, patient care, and regulatory requirements is essential for success in this position.
