Job Title: Pathology Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Pathology Specialist to join our team at the Irving Independent School District. As a Pathology Specialist, you will work with students who have speech and language disorders and provide support to help them overcome these challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assess students with speech or language disorders and determine eligibility for services.
* Plan and provide individual and group therapy to students consistent with speech/language goals contained in Individual Education Plans (IEP).
* Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committee regarding interpretation of assessment data, appropriate placement, and goal setting for students with speech and/or language disorders.

**Requirements:**
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Valid Texas license as a speech-language pathologist granted by the Texas Board of Examiner's for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $62,000 - $82,000 per year depending on experience.
