Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive safety policies and programs, including tailored safety plans for specific sites.
- Perform routine site assessments and audits to verify adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Lead investigations into incidents and conduct root cause analyses, implementing necessary corrective measures.
- Collaborate with project leaders and site managers to embed safety considerations into project design and execution.
- Oversee the training and certification processes for employees and subcontractors on safety-related subjects.
- Remain informed about current safety regulations and potential risks in the industrial construction sector.
- Manage the documentation and reporting of safety incidents and compliance activities.

Qualifications:
