Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team at Aspiriant LLC. As a key member of our IT group, you will serve as the primary technical contact for Cybersecurity throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Aspiriant's Cybersecurity program and initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance information security policies
  • Work with users and departments to understand needs, document requirements and develop security controls
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to information systems and data
  • Manage Cybersecurity training program and promote awareness and safe practices
  • Act as a promoter and driver of change and process improvement
  • Perform NIST framework audits
  • Maintain and enhance incident response plan
  • Manage relationships with third-party security vendors
  • Stay current with Cybersecurity developments
Requirements:
  • Must be analytical and have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • High proficiency of NIST or OCIE Cybersecurity framework
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams
  • Hands-on technical contributor with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a technology field
  • 5+ years of Cybersecurity experience
