Candidates must hold an active membership with the State Bar of Georgia and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing defense for those unable to afford legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled and dedicated legal representation to clients in need.
  • Act as the primary attorney for complex felony and appellate cases.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice law in Georgia, or eligibility to take the upcoming Georgia Bar examination and successfully complete it within one year of employment.
  • A minimum of two years of pertinent legal experience or equivalent qualifications at the lower-level Attorney 2.
