At Aerotek, we are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planner III to join our team in Everett, Washington. This role requires strong execution of data and processes, with the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and promote cross-functional and cross-business project development.

The successful candidate will assist in ensuring data accuracy, manage inbound shipments, analyze inventory positions, and execute purchase orders and vendor-related reports.

  • Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy for all tools and processes, including PO tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
  • Inbound Shipments: Manage inbound shipments, including receiving and processing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Position Analysis: Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs, identify trends, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Purchase Orders and Vendor Management: Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer, with proficiency in business software such as Excel, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in inventory management, purchasing, or related field
  • Proficiency in business software, including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
