Job Summary

The Workforce Coordinator Team Lead (WCTL) is a strategic role within the Workforce Development organization at Tradesmen International. This position provides oversight, leadership, and support in the recruitment, hiring, retention, and utilization of Tradesmen Field Employees throughout the field employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and direct the daily actions, workloads, and results of the Workforce Coordinators assigned to this role. Provide coaching, guidance, and best-practices to ensure equitable and balanced workloads across the team.
  • Recruitment and Sourcing: Engage in creative and authentic outreach to attract top talent and positively present Tradesmen International as an employer of choice. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to support immediate hiring needs and create a fertile pipeline for future needs.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate candidate skills and qualifications using a consistent interview process. Present Tradesmen International in a positive and authentic manner while ensuring a thorough understanding of the company's needs and expectations.
  • Problem-Solving and Data Analysis: Leverage available data and reporting to ensure effort and outcomes are closely aligned. Evaluate progress, identify challenges or barriers, and present solutions to ensure successful recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Partner with offices to ensure thorough understanding of recruiting needs, expectations, and game-plans. Provide consistent communication and follow-up, tracking efforts and results, and updating stakeholders as needed.
  • Support and Reporting: Support all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, including completing hiring evaluations, supporting candidates through the onboarding and orientation process, and enhancing office efforts to engage and mobilize current and recent field employees.
Requirements
  • Previous recruiting experience required, with customer/client relations, HR, and/or communications experience preferred.
  • Experience in a lead role managing people is required.
  • Experience in iCIMS and Excel is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Leadership and coaching skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
