  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard, meeting our company's quality control standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the junk removal or moving industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of junk removal and moving procedures, including safety protocols and equipment operation.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation

Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, plus tips and commissions.
