Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Materials.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in capital project management and engineering design.
  • Proficiency in Project Management: You must be proficient in project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Engineering Principles: You must have in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Leadership Skills: You must possess strong problem-solving and leadership skills to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Demands:

This role involves frequent sitting, standing, walking, and lifting. Specific vision abilities are required, along with decision-making and sustained concentration.

Work Environment:

Be prepared for some moderate noise levels, mandatory PPE usage, exposure to outside elements, and occasional travel.
