Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Sand X & Super Loop. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment, including semi-tractor trailers, diesel engines, and generators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including trucks, diesel engines, and generators.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the shop and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant trade mechanical experience and certifications required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working with heavy equipment and diesel engines.
  • Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certifications such as forklift and manlift operation.
