We are seeking a dedicated Financial Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert-level support to credit union members, answering complex questions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. Our team is committed to delivering world-class service, and we take pride in our collaborative and supportive work environment.

This is a remote position starting at $19.23 per hour. The successful candidate will be required to reside in specific locations including Alabama, Arizona, D.C, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia or Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and utilize knowledge of credit union products, data systems, and web-based applications to provide information, answer questions, and assist with requests and concerns for both member and non-member callers.
  • Completes required member verification, reviews accounts, relay company and credit union policy/procedures, and communicates with management or other S3 teams/departments as needed to remedy member service issues in a remote environment.
  • Specializes in either digital, cards, or loans-related queue and processes related transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize multiple platforms/computer software simultaneously.
