As a Maintenance Director (also known as Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Department Head) at Path Engineering, you'll oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment, manage the activities of the maintenance department, and collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities. You'll also be responsible for building top-notch mechanical and preventative maintenance teams, overseeing outside contractors, and ensuring customer deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure effective equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities and ensure seamless production operations.
  • Oversee outside contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications
