Key Accountabilities:

  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and workload with competing deadlines.
  • Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance, including proposal scope and budget preparation, financial management, project scheduling, client management, mentoring, and training staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a strong background in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading, and other site development-related designs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical skills, including Civil 3D.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
