Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, CMS guidelines, HIPAA, and other third-party payor requirements.

  • Assist in the selection, orientation, training, evaluation, and discipline of employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments and physician practices to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain performance records and attendance records.
Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of third-party payors and collection software.
