Job Description

At The Vitamin Shoppe, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital part in helping our customers achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a direct support for your Management Team, executing tasks with excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others in doing the same.
  • Work with integrity, acting as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly.
  • Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
  • Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of receipts, keep shelves full, and products priced accordingly.
  • Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and varying locations, depending on business needs.
