Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build strong and lasting relationships with assigned clients as the technical expert.
    • Understand clients' unique goals and challenges and work with the account management team to align HubSpot solutions to meet their needs.
    • Manage and implement HubSpot functionality with multiple clients, including implementation projects and ongoing retainer/managed services clients.
  • HubSpot Expertise:
    • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of HubSpot to assist clients with various tasks within their HubSpot portal.
    • Provide guidance and best practices on HubSpot tools, automation, and features.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot.
  • Ongoing Support:
    • Monitor client accounts and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and provide training and resources to help clients achieve their goals.
    • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Upselling and Expansion:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or HubSpot features to existing clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to develop tailored upselling strategies.
    • Present opportunities to leadership for review and execution.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.).
    • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified, Inbound Certified) are preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proven ability to drive customer success and satisfaction.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
