Corporate Event Sales Director Nashville

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Event Sales Director to join our dynamic team at AvantStay in Nashville. As the Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in our expanding market, which includes single-family residences (SFRs), apartments, and hotel-style properties.
This role involves outbound outreach efforts to secure group buyouts and bookings for our Nashville properties, developing and maintaining partnerships with local agencies to drive corporate event and long-term stay business, working closely with guests to coordinate and set up events and VIP guest needs at our properties, managing the sales pipeline for group travel in the Nashville market, and maintaining proper tracking and metrics for all B2B and sales outreach.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 + commission, depending on location and experience. To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales, event management, or related field, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical skills and demonstrated strategic & financial acumen, experience in hospitality and/or event management industries is preferred, in-depth knowledge of the Nashville market and local business landscape, tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and ability to learn our proprietary systems, Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience, and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
