Hospice Physician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospice Physician to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide medical leadership and oversight to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Certify patient eligibility for hospice care and ensure compliance with legal and clinical criteria.
- Provide medical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of state-of-the-art pain and symptom management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Participate in community education programs to promote understanding and awareness of hospice care.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred.
- Licensed by the Commonwealth of VA as a Doctor of Medicine or osteopathy.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to participate in direct clinical practice.
- Minimum of 2 years experience preferred.
- A competitive salary of $225,000k+.
