Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Post Acute Care team at Novant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Post Acute Care environment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to promote optimal health outcomes and support a peaceful death.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
- One-year relevant experience, preferred.
- Clinical Ladder Program to help you advance your nursing career.
