Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CVS Health. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and family evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB.
- Order and administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
- Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
