We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Connect Pediatrics in the Houston, Texas area.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified physical therapist to provide home-based care services to pediatric patients with various diagnoses. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized assessments to identify patients' therapy needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Provide high-quality in-home therapy services to pediatric patients with diverse medical conditions.
  • Maintain open communication with patients' families, keeping them informed about progress and goals.
  • Participate in regular meetings with team leaders to discuss patient outcomes, share insights, and refine treatment strategies.

Requirements
  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas
  • Current BLS License
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
  • Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes:

  • $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
