Job Summary

This entry-level position comes with a competitive salary range of $20-$21 per hour and offers opportunities for growth and development. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and online interactions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and offer accurate information about our subscription services and product offerings.
  • Work closely with customers to determine their pets' specific needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet departmental objectives and standards of service excellence.
  • Enhance knowledge of Darwin's products and services continuously.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years in customer-facing roles or related fields.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or post-secondary training preferred.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using multiple databases and software systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
