Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Brightspark Autism is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Manage and supervise a small caseload of 4-6 clients
  • Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly
  • Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families
  • Consult with families regarding treatment, behavior modification, and staff support

Requirements:
  • Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
  • Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and instructional methods
  • Proficient in technology, including Office 365 and ABA software platforms
  • Ability to meet the demands of the job, including long periods of standing and lifting
