Are you a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a rewarding opportunity to empower students with behavioral needs by developing and implementing effective interventions in an elementary school setting?

Soliant Education is seeking a qualified BCBA to join our team in the friendly Randolph, Massachusetts area This full-time, in-person position for the 2024-2025 school year offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on the lives of elementary school students by providing positive behavior support and fostering a positive learning environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors displayed by students in your elementary caseload.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges and promote positive learning outes.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members on evidence-based behavior management strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive team approach to addressing students' behavioral needs.
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data on behavior interventions, and make adjustments as needed to ensure continued improvement and positive behavior change.
  • Advocate for students with behavioral needs and promote positive behavior support practices within the school munity.
  • Stay current on best practices in ABA and ensure interventions ply with ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting the success of elementary school students.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with children in a school setting, particularly elementary school students, is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Excellent munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and other school staff.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
  • A passion for promoting positive behavior support practices and advocating for students with behavioral needs.
