**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a respiratory therapist, you will provide life-supporting interventions to patients, collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, and participate in educational programs to stay current on the latest techniques and technologies.

**About the Job**

This is a full-time position working in our Inland Hospital location. The successful candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

- Deliver oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, and other life-supporting interventions to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in educational programs to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in respiratory therapy

**Education and Certifications**

- Associate's degree in respiratory therapy or a related field
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- BLS and NRP certifications

**Work Environment**

This role may involve working in a hospital setting, which can include exposure to diseases or infections. The successful candidate will be required to follow all infection control protocols and take necessary precautions to maintain a safe working environment.
