Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing support and mentorship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home or day program setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and mentorship to individuals with daily activities, ensuring their health and safety.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and hygiene.
  • Encourage and support individuals to achieve their personal goals and become more independent.
  • Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
