Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing support and mentorship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home or day program setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and encouragement to individuals with daily activities, ensuring their health and safety.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and bathing.
  • Encourage individuals to achieve their personal goals and promote independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
