Your role will involve direct engagement with potential and existing residents to ensure optimal occupancy levels. You will be responsible for generating leads, leasing apartments, assessing prospects, preparing lease agreements, and completing move-in documentation and processes. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support to residents throughout their tenancy and mentor junior Leasing Consultants.

To excel in this position, you should possess exceptional sales abilities both in-person and over the phone, and be available to work on weekends.


Expectations:


A commitment to professional development within the property management sector, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Strong sales orientation and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to both current and prospective residents.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with residents and office personnel.

Previous experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is advantageous.

A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and auto insurance are required.

Flexibility in work hours and days is necessary, including weekend availability.


A high school diploma or GED; or one to three months of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
