Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Therapy Services: Provide speech therapy services to individuals and groups, including children and adults, in a variety of settings.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support patient progress.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Professional Development: Stay current with developments in the field through ongoing education and professional development activities.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience working with diverse patient populations and age groups.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
