Position Overview

The Junior Project Manager in Mechanical Construction plays a vital role in assisting our Project Managers and Field teams by delivering essential administrative support, navigating the technical elements of assigned projects, and acquiring knowledge of the mechanical construction industry under the mentorship of a Project Manager and Project Foreman. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in construction management and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn about all facets of Mechanical Construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete necessary Project Startup documentation
  • Reproduce and disseminate project plans and specifications
  • Manage all permit applications, payments, and project closeout procedures
  • Assist field foreman with various requests
  • Issue and organize Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Compile closeout documentation and as-built drawings
  • Coordinate training sessions
  • Participate in project site inspections
  • Facilitate design and engineering reviews
  • Develop skills in reading plans and specifications
  • Gain proficiency in the fundamentals of mechanical systems
  • Learn and adhere to TMI standards
