Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Communicate effectively with the hospice care team, patients, and families to ensure seamless care
  • Advocate for patients' needs and preferences
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours care

Qualifications
  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
