Job Title: Associate Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing AI and ML-driven products and services that will set new industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and launch AI-driven products that optimize pricing, underwriting, claims, and customer experience and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments. Analyze market data, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Utilize your AI and ML expertise to extract actionable insights from vast amounts of data, facilitating data-driven decisions and continuous improvement to maintain product viability and ensure products are competitive and profitable.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, IT, Claims, and Customer Service/Underwriting to ensure successful delivery of products.
Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a STEM related field with a concentration in AI and/or ML.
