We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Development Professional to join our team at Community Access Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals, and promoting their independence and self-advocacy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities.
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Administer medications according to training and maintain accurate health and behavioral records.
  • Foster a safe, clean, and respectful environment in the home or community settings.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and external providers to ensure high-quality support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or social work is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to advocating for individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check and perform physical tasks required for the role.
