About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Science Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct thorough building condition assessments, providing detailed reports and recommendations for immediate repairs and future replacements.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive building assessments to evaluate systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports.
  • Develop technical reports, including observations, industry standards, and site reconnaissance data.
  • Provide expert analysis and solutions to support informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within the team and with clients.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related fields (Civil, Mechanical, etc.).
  • 1-3 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction/cost estimating, or property inspections.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering principles.

 

Benefits and Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus program, dependent on individual and organizational performance. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, vacation time, sick leave, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
