Job Summary:

As a seasoned EHR Software Implementation Specialist, you will be a key member of our professional services team, driving the successful implementation of our Electronic Health Records solutions to the behavioral healthcare/human services industries. Your expertise will be instrumental in explaining our out-of-the-box product to clients, identifying gaps, and working closely with them to address workflow and process issues. You will also be responsible for soliciting, understanding, and documenting clients' business requirements, processes, and workflows, developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Demonstration and Explanation: Demonstrate and explain our product solution to clients, highlighting its features and benefits.
  • Workflow and Process Analysis: Understand clients' workflow and process to ascertain how our product can meet their needs, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Functional Specifications: Deliver precise functional specifications to clients and our development team, including functional hierarchy, workflow, and business rules.
  • Client Interaction: Be responsible for direct interaction with clients, including eliciting comprehensive business requirements and use cases, and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Gather requirements and help build and document specifications for development, ensuring that all client needs are met.
  • Gap Analysis and Project Impact: Conduct gap analysis between our application and clients' stated requirements, collaborating with our development team to estimate project impact.
  • Communication and Testing: Work with clients, our technical team, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test desired functionality changes.
  • Training and Support: Assist with developing training materials and provide training in one-on-one or classroom environments, ensuring that clients are fully equipped to use our product.
  • Prioritization and Organization: Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 or more years of experience in healthcare software implementations, with a strong understanding of implementation and business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
  • Consultative and Advisory Skills: Strong consultative and advisory skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or computer science.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with Behavioral Healthcare programs, software implementation experience, and a strong understanding of Electronic Health Records solutions.
