About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans to address challenging behaviors.
  • Provide consultation and training to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Write and implement behavior assessment reports and treatment plans in compliance with BACB and insurance standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement ABA therapy programs, monitor progress, and ensure effectiveness.
  • Participate in Child Study Team Evaluations and provide contracted school consultation and program development.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
  • Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).
  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD.
  • Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, and QABF, MAS, FAST, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
