Job Summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our Employee Relations efforts. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our management team, driving key initiatives in performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to management on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs on HR-related topics.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to management on compliance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and practices, with ability to apply to complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust with employees and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
