We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at The Community Action Organization of Western New York Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our computer system, compiling information upon request, and working closely with center level staff and computer staff.
Key Responsibilities- Enter data into computer system using Head Start/Early Head Start HSFIS program
- Compile reports for administrative and center level staff
- Work closely with staff to obtain missing/incomplete information
- Update data on families in a timely manner
- Assist with center emergencies, classroom and other center coverage as needed
- Act as resource to parents and work with staff and parents in developing community projects
We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or GED and computer literacy to enter family and child data on computer. Previous community work and Head Start/Early Head Start experience is desirable.
We offer a competitive pay rate of $15.50 per hour and a dynamic work environment.
