POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary objective of this role is to support the Manufacturing division in streamlining operations within the production environment, optimizing current processes, and ensuring the achievement of production targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and execute technical initiatives aimed at developing new or enhanced products and processes to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Compile and present reports to effectively communicate analytical findings.
  • Utilize engineering principles to address and resolve a variety of complex challenges, employing innovative solutions and breakthrough technologies.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Establish expertise in a specialized field, becoming a recognized authority and applying this knowledge in leadership capacities within the organization.
  • Integrate business policies and procedures into project execution.
  • Recognize and respond to the business needs of the organization while understanding customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about the business cycle and emerging technological trends.
  • Build and maintain a network of internal and external resources to facilitate task completion.
  • Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and training of new engineers and team members.
  • Possibly lead project teams, setting goals and objectives for various initiatives.
  • Mentor colleagues by sharing technical knowledge and providing constructive feedback.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a consultant for engineering or scientific interpretations on significant matters.
  • Act as a representative for the business unit regarding current and future capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with a comprehensive understanding of the functional area.
  • Proficient in applying technical principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience working within a quality system environment, with an understanding of compliance regulations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
